1. Degree table and implement in Course screen
2. Remove Level in Semester tables
3. Multiselect Courses in Semester screen (table changes also required)
4. Create Academic year table and implement in semester screen
5. Academic year can be selected multiple
6. View Application => Degree => Department => Academic Year => Semester => Course
7. Follow same drop down filter patter in syllabus screen
8. Remove syllabus optional in lesson screen (make it mandatory)
